Stepping out of the car for the first time in Jangarak village, Sistan and Baluchistan, I was struck by the intense heat of the sun. My task was to capture the essence of this village and its inhabitants, to tell their stories through photography. As I spent more time there, I came to appreciate the warmth and resilience of the villagers' hearts, akin to the relentless intensity of the sun above.
